Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 states which competencies a person who has responsibility at the national or local level must have to ensure that a security program and its implementation meet all legal requirements.
In this course, you will gain an understanding of the legal provisions, threats, duties & responsibilities, quality controls, security measures, security culture, communication, auditing, consulting and making risk assessments. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate. This certificate is valid for 2,5 years, and a refresher course must be completed in time in order to maintain validity. A refresher course can be taken up to 3 months before the current certificate expires.
Course participants are also required to take a CITO exam. Upon passing the exam (with a minimum score of 80%), the student will receive a CITO certificate. This certificate is valid for 5 years and must be renewed before the expiration date.
This course is approved by the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security.
Please note!
Before starting the training, you must be in possession of a valid VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) or VGB (Certificate of No Objection). Prior to the course, the VOG/VGB and your ID will be checked. If you do not have a valid VOG/VGB and ID, you may not attend the course.
